Partial listing of Instruments that Lab Care is qualified to repair:

Service Assurance Plan

(SA)

Customer selected instrument(s). Unlimited labor and travel during normal Lab Care Inc. working hours. All replacement parts, excluding expendables, filters, glass, electrodes, tubing, etc. Regular scheduled PM is NOT included in this agreement, but is available.

  Preventative Maintenance Plan

(PM)

Customer selected instrument(s).One or two regular scheduled preventative maintenance visits depending on the type of instrument. Preventative Maintenance Part(s) or Kit, if applicable, per PM checklist. Preventative Maintenance Log Book for documentation of PM checks and repair calls.

  Total Service Plan

(TS)

Customer selected instrument(s). Unlimited labor and travel during normal Lab Care Inc. working hours. All replacement parts (excluding these supplies: expendables, optical filters, glass, tubing, electrodes, etc.). One or two regular scheduled preventative maintenance visits depending on the type of instrument. Preventative Maintenance Log Book for documentation of PM checks and repair calls.

DISCLOSURE

To cancel any service contract, the customer must notify Lab Care Inc. within 30 days of any agreement.

Service Guarantee

Service is warranted for 30 days after completion of a service call. If the same defect occurs within 30 days, there will be no additional charges for labor or travel, except for any additional parts that may be required. Parts are warranted by the manufacturers warranty.
